Vintage Star Brooch of Stone and Turquoise

Darling brooch of a star. The star is stone with a center of turquoise set in a silver tone base. Has a total width of just under 2.5". No marks. Strikes me as Native American in feel but I can't say for sure.
Excellent, near mint,  vintage condition. Nothing worth noting other than typical signs off age.
