Fresh and fun green and white nylon late 1960s dress in a houndstoooth print. Fit and flare shape with cap dolman sleeves, V neck and reallly interesting collar. Elastic in the waist, pulls over the head with two snaps in front.  Large sized, I'd say. No label. Back photos show it without the extra lace belt I added. Lace not included. 

Excellent vintage condition.  The tiniest faintest little smudge near a snap in front, pinhead sized. See photo.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip
Armpit to armpit across bust: approx 43-44" dolman sleeve
Waist: 31" to 42" ( elastic) 
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: 15.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 42"
