Vintage Antique 1920s Dress with Jacket and Belt

Fantastically stunning vintage beige silk chiffon and lace dress from the 1920s with matching light jacket and belt. Flowy beige chiffon with a lace bodice and skirt panels. The dress has no closures, just pulls over the head. The jacket is really more of a blouse I suppose, its a wrap style in the same chiffon with ruffles. The belt is also the same chiffon with a silver tone buckle closure. You could wear them together or any of the three as separates as well. No label. Probably about a small to medium but do see measurements below. Also please see condition.
Great to good vintage condition. In surprisingly good condition considering its age and the delicateness of the fabric. The dress has some small holes and tears, the largest maybe about a dime size, but does not appear to be shattering. Some mild discoloration/foxing. Its very wearable, though with respect of course. The belt is pretty much perfect except that it appears someone removed any rhinestones or beads from the buckles and the catch on one side of the buckle is broken, so I'd just replace the buckles. The jacket/blouse shows the most wear. There is staining under both arms and small holes. That said, it also does not appear to be shattering and I would say its wearable as well if you don't mind the flaws. Again, with respect for its age of course. Please see photos for examples, but Etsy doesnt allow for enough pictures to show everything. Priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements taken lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to Armpit Across Bust: 38" up to about 45"
Waist: approx. 33" to 35"
Hip: 40" to 44"
Shoulder to bottom hem: approx. 49"

As its a wrap these are just general numbers to give you an idea.
Armpit to armpit across the back is 18.5" and has c ouple inches of give. That's not doubled, just seam to seam.
Length shoulder seam to bottom at sides 17"

Belt is 32" long not including buckles.
