Vintage Antique 1800s Half Apron, White Linen with Lace

Darling Victorian eras white apron. Gently striped with sweet lace trim and a single pocket. Ties in back. French seams. Looks and feels like linen to me.
Excellent vintage condition. A pea sized tan smudge and about an inch of lace needs to be restitched.

Measurements when lying flat.
Waist to bottom hem: 21"
