Vintage 1990s Black Shirt with Keyhole Back and Shoulder Pads

Classic vintage black blouse from the 1990s, maybe earliest 2000s. Has a keyhole back with a button at the top and shoulder pads.. Short sleeves. 100% poly. Label reads: Impressions of California. Says a size 6 but do see measurements below as vintage sizing is different than modern.
Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 41"
Waist: 39"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 22"
