Vintage 1990s Black Floral Print Blouse

Pretty vintage black floral Print blouse from about the 1990s. Has a pointed collar, shoulder pads and a single breast pocket. Long sleeves. Label reads: none but you can see where one was cut away. Looks and feels like a cotton blend. Probably about a medium but do see measurements below.
Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44"
Waist: 44"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23" at the side, its a little longer front and back.
