Vintage 1980's Floral Print Dress with Belt and Lace Collar

Pretty vintage 1980s dress with a scattering of flowers on a black background. Charming lace collar, small shoulder pads, elbow length sleeves, pleated skirt and a tie belt. Label Reads: M.C.S Ltd. Looks and feels like a poly to me. Probably in the medium size range.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 43" up to about 55"
Waist: 27" to 38"
Hips: loose
Shoulder to waist: 18"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 48"
