Vintage 1980s 1990s Pale Blue Gray Chiffon with a Floral Print Blouse

Sweet vintage blouse circa the 1980s or 1990s. Pale grayish blue with a pretty floral print. Sheer chiffon, possibly silk but I think rayon or poly more likely. Label reads: none. About a medium size Id say, but do check the measurements below. There is a tag but its too faded to read.

Excellent vintage condition. There are a couple small fabric snags.

Measurements when lying flat.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 41" at rest up to about 46" stretched
Waist: 36" to 41"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23"
