Vintage 1970s Baby Onesie Outfit Boy Or Unisex

Darling baby outfit from about the 1970s. Sweet knit romper or onesie in white with blue and yellow stripes. Probably mostly intended for a boy but could be unisex as well. There are buttons at either shoulder for ease of dressing and a drawstring at the waist. Looks and feels like a cotton yarn.  No label.   Please see my measurements below because I'm really not that familiar with baby sizing but I'm guessing this is about 6 months or so.
Excellent vintage condition. There is one little area on the front in the middle of the stripes that is almost a hole  but still has threads over it so not quite. And a couple of snags in the knit. Thats all I've seen.

Measurements: doubled across bust, waist and hip.
Please note this is a knit and so there is some flexibility to these.
Armpit to armpit across the chest: 18"
Waist: 18" Approx. Its adjustable with the drawstring
Hip: 19"
Shoulder to waist: 7.5"
Shoulder to bottom of crotch: 16"
