Vintage 1960s Blue and White Tennis Style Dress with Pleated Full Circle Skirt

Darling vintage dress from the 1960s. Blue and white poly with a mock neck and pleated full circle skirt. Zipper down the back. The neck is lined, the rest not Label reads: none. I'd say medium to large sized but do see measurements below.
Excellent vintage condition. I found a very faint patch of small marks on the skirt, too faint to photograph and mostly lost in the volume of the skirt. There is also a pinhead sized hole alone one seam of the bodice.

Measurements when lying flat: Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 38" at rest to 40" when pulled taut
Waist: 29"
Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 38"
