Vintage 1960s 1970s Milky Way White Rayon Sleeveless Top

Sweet vintage blouse from the later 1960s or 1970s. White sleeveless with a bertha collar and keyhole back. Looks and feels like rayon to me. Tag says its a small but do see the measurements below. Label reads: MIlky Way

Excellent vintage condition. I spotted one faint little mark on the back.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 37"
Waist: 38"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 21"
