Vintage 1960s 1970s Kerchief or Head Scarf

Utterly charming little vintage kerchief or head scarf circa the 1960s or 1970s. In a sweet country cotton fabric of primary colors with sweet animals. Has a red and white polka dot cotton tie. This measures about 9" at the widest point and is about 15 inches long not including the ties. The ties are uneven and add another 7.5" on one side and 8.25" on the other. This is clearly meant for a child or would be utterly darling for a pet! But I also think if one made the ties a little longer it would be super cute for an adult too to add just a bit of flair without going for a full size scarf.

Excellent vintage condition. Other than the ties being barely different lengths there's nothing else to note.
