Vintage 1950s Shirtwaist Dress by Fashion First

Beautiful shirtwaist 1950s dress in a somewhat hound's-tooth pattern print of red browns and grays on a black background. Short cuffed sleeves, buttons to just below the waist, and a full though not full circle, skirt. Cotton. Probably about a large. Label reads: Fashion First.

Excellent vintage condition. One of the buttons is not exactly the same as the others but its very close. There are some minor repairs under one armpit, generally unnoticeable, and a pinhead sized hole under the other. Also unnoticeable. 

Measurements taken lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.

Bust: 44" 

Waist: 33"

Hip: Free

Shoulder to waist: 16"

Shoulder to Bottom Hem: 43"
