Vintage four strand fresh water pearl necklace from about the 1950s or 1960s. The pearls are interspersed with what I believe were faux pearl beads as well. Ivory/gold color. Has a hook in back. Has a total length of 17" long. But the hook adds about an half inch or so. No designer marks.
Great vintage condition. Its really quite lovely but at some point the clasp in back that the hook portion goes into came off. The hook can still be hooked on the ring on the other side so its wearable as is, but maybe not as secure. See photos. Also it seems like the spacer type beads were probably more of a painted faux pearl originally. They seem to have lost that and are now a more ivory color. Priced accordingly and as is.
Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items. I do my best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
