Vintage 1940s Graniteware Pot

Charming and wonderfully aged pot circa the 1940s. This is blue graniteware, also called agateware. There are some lovely dings and signs of the full life this has lived, and some fantastic age to various areas. This is about 4.5" tall and  8" in diameter not including the handle is up ( having the handle. Would be utterly charming in a garden or on a farmhouse table filled with wildflowers!

Good vintage condition.  I'd not suggest using this for cooking of course, but as decor its wonderful. So much rustic charm. There is one or two tiny pinholes near the bottom of the pot so its not going to hold liquid well. And of course there are plenty of signs of age and a life well lived.
