Vintage 1940s Girls White Blouse with Red Trim

Beautiful vintage white girls blouse circa the 1940s. Darling ruffle front and Peter Pan collar edged in red. Blouse fabric has a burnout floral pattern. Looks and feels like a silky rayon to me. Might be a silk blend. Could fit a small adult. Please see measurements below.
Good to great vintage condition. There are a couple pinholes, but the biggest thing to note is the gathers are the front near the hem have pulled and partly come undone and where they have there are small holes. See photos. Priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements: doubled at bust, and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36"
Waist: 33"
Armpit to shoulder: 7"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 13" at sides, a bit longer in front.
