Vintage 1940s 1950s Mademoiselle Juliette Navy Blue Rayon Dress with Polka Dot Collar

Utterly charming Vintage dress from the 1940s, possibly 1950s in a rich navy blue color. Looks and feels like rayon with an amazing shawl collar that feels like silk to me, of polka dots with a bow embellished with a rhinestone brooch. Shoulder pads and hip pockets. Half zipper in back. Medium sized I'd say but do see measurements below. Unlined. Labels reads: Mademoiselle Juliette

Excellent vintage condition. The brooch is missing some stones, and the polka dot trim shows wear along the edges and some discoloration. The dress itself is pretty near mint.
