Vintage 1940s 1950s Faux Pearl Detachable Collar

Very pretty detachable collar in ivory faux pearls. It looks equally pretty hooked at front or back. Circa 1940s or 1950s or so. Hook and eye closure at the throat. Label reads: Glentex, Made in Japan. Neck opening measures about 15" from hook to hook. Inner lining feels and looks like silk.
Excellent to great vintage condition. The only worth mentioning is some foxing and age on the back side ( and one pea sized hole on the lining), and some wear to the "pearls" especially along the bottom row.
