Vintage 1930s Tole Painted Cake Tin

Gorgeous cake tin from the latest 1930s or very earliest 1940s. Has a metal base and a painted metal cover that snaps into place on the base. The cover has a handle for easy carrying. It is stamped on the bottom with Avon Perfection. Stands about 6.5" tall including the handle, is 11.75" in diameter at the base.

Great to Good vintage condition. Structurally it's really quite excellent, no real dents or dings. But the surface shows a lot of wear and darkening and areas where the paint has come away. It still works perfectly though!
