Vintage 1930s 1940s Nail Clippers by Wester Bros

Lovely vintage nail clippers. Stamped on the side with Wester Bros. They measure 3.5" long. Based on my research of the company and the vaguely art deco style I am putting the age of this to be circa the 1930s- 1940s but they could be anywhere from 1904 to 1967 ( though I'm sure they're older than the 60s.)

Excellent vintage condition. Some of the silver color has darkened in areas but this only adds to its timeless charm.
