Vintage 1920s Nippon Hand Painted Small Plate

Pretty vintage decorative dessert plate circa the early 1920s. Very lovely hand painted flower pattern, edges rimmed in gold. Marked "Hand Painted Nippon" and has the cherry blossom mark of five M's. Nippon was the word for Japan prior to World War One. After the war all china from Japan was marked Japan, or Made in Japan, until WW2 where it was marked Occupied Japan. The plate measures just over 6" in diameter. Great vintage condition. Some wear to the gold, and a few small marks. No chips or cracks.
