Vintage 1920s Book, "Bunny Bright Eyes" Laura R Smith, Illustrated, Children's Fiction

Sweet vintage children's book from the 1920s "Bunny Bright Eyes", by Laura R. Smith, copyrighted in 1906, this edition published 1920 by A. Flanagan Company. There are charming illustrations but it does not list the artist, perhaps it the author herself. Khaki green cloth hardbound with black graphics and lettering. Measures about 7" by 5.25".
It is in good shape overall. Some marks to the cover and yellowing of some pages. Half of the very back page ( blank) is torn out. There are pencil sctribbles on a front page. All the stories are complete and very readable, spine feels solid.
