Charming vintage book from the 1910s, "Just Stories" by Annie Klingensmith. Published in 1916 by A. Flanagan Company. Its illustrated by Dorothy Dulin. It measures about 7.5" x 5.75" and is 128 pages. Chock full of wonderful old children's stories and tales.
Generally excellent condition for a book this age. There is the normal wear to the cover and spine you'd find in a book this old, and some of the pages have some marks and small tears. But its still very sound and readable and a lovely edition to any vintage library. There is a gift note written in the front.
