Antique Victorian White Cotton Apron

Darling Victorian eras white cotton apron. Gently striped with sweet rochet lace trim and a single pocket. Ruffle trim. Ties in back. Excellent vintage condition. Just one pea sized tan smudge and a few smaller ones. I've seen no holes or tears.

Measurements when lying flat. 
Waist to bottom hem: 20"
