Jaw dropping-ly beautiful white Edwardian dress circa 1900s to 1910s. Cotton just dripping in lace and embroidery and pintucks. Pigeon front bust, high lacey neck, with hooks and eyes and tiny delicate shell buttons up the back. Short sleeves, some French seams, and beautiful Swiss dots everywhere. It is small of course, but not impossibly so like so many other dresses of this age. If you've been following me for a while, you know I adore these types of dresses! Some call them tea dresses but they are actually known as lingerie dresses.
Excellent vintage condition. This is one of the better condition dresses I've seen from this era. Very wearable, though with respect of course. There are a few breaks in the lace and some faint tan smudges in a variety of places, see photo. Also there is a smattering of tiny holes on the skirt and one seam pull in an armpit.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 26"
