Vintage 1940s 1950s Tea Cup and Saucer Set, Pinecone Pattern, Gold Trim, Large Shell Shape Saucer

Charming vintage tea cup and saucer set circa the 1940s or 1950s, I'd guess. Both have a pine cone pattern painted on them and are embellished with gold. Saucer is a bit larger than the average, is a shell shape and has scalloped edges. No marks but my best guess is this is made in japan. . Saucer measures about 8" in diameter. Cup is a bit over 3.5" diameter and stands 2.25" tall.

Excellent vintage condition. Near mint really other than mild wear to the gold.
